You can call or email us on the contacts provided below or fill in the form on our CONTACT US page and we will get back to you as soon as possible to organise an appointment
What’s the difference between Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology?
Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are both University trained Allied Health Professionals. They both receive similar refunds under Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation, MAIB and NDIS.
Where do you service?
Do I need any equipment?
No. All we ask is that you provide a clean clear space for us (approx. the size of a double bed) to assess you and provide treatment. We may recommend that you purchase small equipment such as therabands or light weights to maximise your results. However, in most cases we will show you exercises that can be done around your home with little to no equipment.
Do you service DVA?
Yes we do. If you have a white or gold card and require treatment for the medical condition associated with your card then please contact us now.
What do I wear?
Please wear clothing that you are able to move freely in. If you will be undertaking exercise during your session you will be asked to wear comfortable, enclosed shoes.
How and when do I pay for my service?
We request that payment is made at the time of treatment. We simply accept CASH and CARD. For more information on how we accept payment for certain services please see the FEES page for more information
Can I claim on my Private Health Insurance at the time of consult?
Private health will NOT be able to be claimed at the time of your treatment. Most health funds are able to provide you with your claim online or in person. We will invoice you for your treatment at the time of payment.
Do you have access to a gym?
Yes we do! We currently have access to a local gym in Glenorchy that has fantastic facilities and equipment, easy access and great parking . Please contact us to find out more.
