MOBILE HEALTH & REHAB

Physiotherapists work with people to prevent and treat injury, illness and disability. They use exercise, manual therapy and education to assist with this process.

Service Description:

• Rehabilitation after a Neurological event 

• Rehabilitation following an injury

• Assessment of mobility 

• Injury Prevention 

• Falls Prevention

• Pre and Post Operative Care

• Chronic Disease Management

• Yoga (1:1, 2:1 and larger classes)

Eligibility:

​

You must be 18 years +

​

We see people with:

• Private Health insurance

• NDIS (self managed, plan managed or agency managed)

• MAIB

• Workers Compensation

• Medicare 

• DVA

​

Fees:

​

Initial visit = $150

Follow up visit = $120

​

If you have a referral from your doctor under Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care Plan) then you may be eligible for a rebate, however there will still be an out of pocket cost for all referrals under these plans.
